Who can apply to Eden Campus?
Our diploma programmes are open to anyone who has completed O/Levels or A/Levels. No prior IT, English or business experience is needed — our courses are designed to build skills from the ground up.

The Kids Coding programme is open to children aged 10–14 years. The Certificate in IT (CIT) is ideal for beginners of any age.
How do I apply for a course?
Three easy ways to apply:

  • Walk in — visit 58/A, 2nd Floor, St. Joseph Street, Negombo, Monday–Sunday 8:00 AM–5:00 PM.

What documents do I need to bring?
For most programmes you will need:
  • National Identity Card (NIC) or Birth Certificate
  • O/Level or A/Level result sheet (where applicable)
  • One passport-size photograph
For the Kids Coding course, a parent or guardian must be present to complete enrolment.
Is there an age limit to join?
There is no maximum age — we welcome school leavers, working adults and career changers. The minimum age for Kids Coding is 10 years. Diploma and certificate programmes are suited to students aged 16+ (post O/Levels).
When does the next intake/batch start?
We run intakes throughout the year. Current IT Diploma batches:
  • Weekend Saturday 8:30 AM – 12:30 PM
  • Evening Monday & Wednesday 5:30 – 7:30 PM
  • Morning Tuesday & Thursday 9:00 – 11:00 AM

What is the difference between the CIT and the DiT?
CIT – Certificate in IT (3 months) — covers MS Office, email & internet basics. Perfect for complete beginners who need foundational computer skills quickly.

DiT – Diploma in IT (8 months) — a full GA Level 4 UK-recognised qualification covering programming, cybersecurity, AI & web development. Best for students targeting a professional IT career or university progression abroad.
What software is taught in the Multimedia Diploma?
The Diploma in Multimedia (DiMM) covers graphic design, video editing & motion graphics using industry-standard tools including Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator and Adobe Premiere Pro. View course details →
What does the Kids Coding course teach?

How can I pay my fees online?
We have a secure online payment gateway at edencampus.lk/pay.html. You can also pay in person at our campus during office hours (Mon–Sun, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM).

Class Schedule & Timing

What class schedules are available?
We offer three batch types to fit different lifestyles:
  • Weekend Saturday 8:30 AM – 12:30 PM — ideal for working students
  • Evening Monday & Wednesday 5:30 – 7:30 PM
  • Morning Tuesday & Thursday 9:00 – 11:00 AM
Not all batches are available for every course. Contact us for your programme's current schedule.
When is the campus open?
The Eden Campus office is open Monday to Sunday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM. Please note that classes are closed on Poya Days. Contact us to confirm your class schedule around public holidays.
How long is each course?
  • DiT 8 months — Diploma in Information Technology
  • PDiE / DiBM / DiMM 6 months each
  • CIT 3 months — Certificate in IT
  • Spoken English 12 weeks
  • Kids Coding 8 weeks
What happens if I miss a class?
All enrolled students have access to the Eden Campus Learning Management System (LMS) at lms.edencampus.lk, where course materials and notes are available anytime. If you miss a session, catch up through the LMS and speak with your lecturer at the next class.

Can I use my diploma to enter a university abroad?
Yes. Our GA Level 4 IT Diploma is accepted by leading universities in the UK, Europe, Australia, New Zealand, Canada & USA for direct entry to Bachelor Top-up and Master's programmes. We also provide full MOFA and British Council attestation support to help you apply.
What is OFQUAL and why does it matter?
OFQUAL is the UK government body that regulates qualifications and examinations. When a qualification is OFQUAL-regulated, it meets strict UK academic standards — making it trusted by universities, employers and immigration authorities around the world. It is the same regulatory standard that covers qualifications in England, Wales and Northern Ireland.
What certificate will I receive after completing my course?
IT Diploma graduates receive the GA Level 4 International Diploma in Information Technology, awarded by Gatehouse Awards, United Kingdom — worth 120 UK credits and endorsed through the Gatehouse Quality Endorsement Scheme (QES). Other programmes award diplomas or certificates through Eden Campus and our international accreditation partnerships.
Can I use my qualification for visa or immigration purposes?
Yes. Our GA Level 4 IT Diploma is WES-approved for academic equivalency in North America, and recognised in Australia & New Zealand for skilled migration and university transfers.
